Executive Order (EO) No. 810, s. 2009, otherwise known as “Institutionalizing the Certification Scheme for Digital Signatures and Directing the Application of Digital Signatures in E-Government Services” provided guidelines for the for the utilization of digital signatures in the government and private sector.
Environmental Management Bureau CALABARZON Region personnel, together with other private individuals, thru the initiative of Atty. Carla Malupeng and Ms. Maria Aurora Llave, donated financial assistance which was used to buy ascorbic acid vitamins and personal protective equipment such as bunny suits, surgical masks and KN95 masks.
