Paranada, and OIC, Air Quality Monitoring, Engr Carter Daba, turn over an Opacimeter, a smoke emission testing equipment, through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the City of San Pedro represented by Mayor Art Joseph Francis Mercado and CENRO Marilou Balba on November 29, 2022, at the San Pedro City Hall.
